On 22 July, the Diplomatic Spouses Association (DSA) visited Shingirai Primary School located on Chatima Rd, Mbare, Harare, a government run primary school offers education from Early Childhood Development to Grade 7.
The Shingirai Trust is a community organization that provides the Early Childhood Development (ECD) programs at the school which is run entirely by volunteers.
During our visit, DSA donated stationery and books, hygienic products and cleaning supplies to support the school and help make everyday life a little easier for the children and staff.
It was not first time to visit and help this School – on December 3rd of last year the DSA participated in the graduation ceremony of the ECD handing out diplomas to the student moving forward to the primary school.
